The Plain Game

What is the Plain Game?

In The Plain Game, people learn to write in plain language while being guided through stories, quizzes, and challenges by a cast of colorful animal characters who work in an office together.

The game is an online plain language training game.
The fun of the game is the key to learning.

The Plain Game’s learning content is based on a plain language course that one of our co-founders, Christopher Balmford, and his friends and colleagues, have delivered to thousands of people around the world for over 30 years.
